The Sakasa Kebari (Reverse Hackle) is a basic fly used in fishing using the Tenkara style. It is a simple, but effective fly. It doesn’t represent any specific insect.  Instead, it imitates something alive.  You can fish it using a dead drift, slight twitches, pause and drift, skate it on the surface, along with a few other methods.
