The Arakawa Kebari comes from the Arakawa River on the boundary of Yamagata Prefecture and Niigata Prefecture in northern Japan.  It is tied with a Pheasant Tail body, peacock herl and copper wire rib, with Pheasant tail fibers for the wing.
